Owner's Comments Robert and Erika would love to welcome you to our beautiful family built oak and pine Chalet in Fitch Bay, a waterfront property on Lake Memphremagog. This exclusive residence boasts complete privacy and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Our waterfront has a 42 foot dock, a firepit and electricity. We are open year round. Come and enjoy the tranquility, summer activities on the lake, the fall colors, golf, ice fishing or skiing. Mt. Orford is only a 20 minute drive, Owl’s Head and Jay Peak are only a little farther. WE DO PROVIDE EXTRAS! If you are interested in being really spoiled ask us about our “Rent with Meal Plan” our “Entertainment Package” or, perhaps you may want to rent our fishing boat with a 25 hp and a 10 hp motor for fishing and trawling anywhere on the lake.

In addition we are a member ot CITQ Quebec; we are inspected and rated every two years.
