This location has probably the best view in the valley, a panoramic view of the mountains without having drive up the side of one. It is a place to relax and unwind. The nearest neighbour is 150m to the West and the other one to the East almost a kilometer. We are close to the Missisquoi River, but you will have to go down the road a bit to launch a canoe.

Summer activities: Canoeing, cycling, swimming, hiking, sitting on the deck watching the shadows of the clouds move over the mountains.

Winter activities: Cross country skiing, or downhill at Sutton, Glen, Owls Head or Jay Peak, relaxing in front of the fireplace.
