This was a campground cottage business in 2000 with all new central sewer in place as well as power and water. The bathhouse, laundromat, office, campground services, and shelter are still there. could easily be put back in business. Was subdivided last year and there are 4 waterfront lots and 4 waterview. We want to sell this property quickly so have drastically cut the price by $114000 to give room for someone to buy and use this as an investment property.
