The bathhouse, laundromat, office, campground services, and shelter are still there. could easily be put back in business. Was subdivided last year and there are 4 waterfront lots and 4 waterview. We want to sell this property quickly so have drastically cut the price by $114000 to give room for someone to buy and use this as an investment property.
