Owner's Comments A quaint cottage located on the Severn River close to Lock 42. Fully modernized but retaining some of its rustic charm. Two remodelled bathrooms (claw foot tub or a stand-up shower). The kitchen is fully equipped ready for gourmet dinners or enjoy a barbeque on the large back deck. The sandy shore makes swimming enjoyable. Just a short boat ride down the Severn River to Sparrow Lake or up through the lock to Lake Couchiching. Only minutes to the Villages of Washago or Gravenhurst as well as Casino Rama. Get away from it all and slow down to a Muskoka pace. The cottage is winterized and rentals at that time are available upon arrangement with the owner.
