This spotless cottage is completely tongue-and-groove white pine and the lot is basically level with a cement shorewall and a 25-foot dock. Ideally located right in Orillia, minutes from Casino Rama and two historic parks. No black flies here at all! In town, dock, on the famous Lightfoot Trail. City Water and Sewer. Lawnchairs Available.
