The 6.5 acre very private property features a small lovely cabin, bunkie, large barn style garage, shed and pond. There are maintained trails through out, an abundance of wildlife plus deeded access to the Black River. The cabin is hooked up to underground hydro (200-amp service) and telephone. Close to crown land. The property is located approximately two and a half hours form Toronto or less than two hours from Ottawa, 2 kilometers north of Highway #7 near the villages of Madoc and Tweed.
