Owner's CommentsUnique, charming historic Summer property on its own 50-acre island. Main house, guest cottage, guest cabin, boathouse and other buildings. Main house has fireplaces, French doors, antique furniture and spacious wrap-around screened veranda.
Sand beach and large dock adjacent to two-storey boathouse. Loads of privacy, wildlife, sun, shade, peace and quiet. Many paths through mature forest and around the untouched island, with shallow sand beaches, cliffs, coves and rocky points.
Island is on historic Charleston Lake, 6,000 acres with many islands and bounded on the west by Charleston Provincial Park. Excellent swimming, fishing, sailing, canoeing, etc...
