Owner's Comments
Escape from the city without leaving all of the comforts behind. Our 1800 square foot cottage/home,
plus walkout basement, is situated on 200 feet of shoreline with eastern exposure and comes with many
amenities including: hardwood and carpeted floors, well water with a UV filtration system, a fully
equipped kitchen, and two decks. Two of the three spacious bedrooms overlook the lake.
Board games and books can be enjoyed fireside in the walk-out basement. Northern Pike and
Bass await those lucky fishing enthusiasts.
Easy access on municipal roads, two stone fireplaces, and access to the snowmobile trails only
500 metres away make this an ideal location for winter escapes.
