These cottages are affordable to buy as well as affordable to own and maintain. Buildings may be improved or expanded subject to the usual permits. A monthly fee of only $275.00 includes your share of property taxes, building/contents/liability insurance, grounds maintenance, grass cutting, snow plowing, common area electricity, capital/reserve fund, miscellaneous expenses, etc.

This property is located on a strictly controlled-access lake where cottages have sold for between c. $440,000.00 and $3,200,000.00. Our cottages are priced from $120K to $175K. You must pay cash – our co-ownership agreement prohibits financing.
