Our year round, secluded waterfront home is located on Dollars Lake (Pickerel River), north Parry Sound.
Just east of Highway #69, off Highway #522. Only 44 other mature neighbours on our Bay.
We owned it as a cottage, then came early retirement, contracted a new addition, jacked the
whole building for a full walkout basement 130 feet from the water's edge.
The whole building has been completely custom renovated with broadloom, vinyl, ceramic tile.
Three bedrooms with a possible fourth in the den. Main floor laundry. High efficiency oil furnace.
Central air and vac. Renovations less than ten years. Two-car, detached garage with hydro and telephone.
Satellite dish. 360 G.P.M. 125 foot deep well. Access to thousands of acres of Crown Land.
The only noise we have are the Loons, Deer, and jumping Fish. Year round public road. No traffic lights.
