Spacious waterfront cottage on private treed lot overlooking enchanting small, quiet lake with rock faced cliffs. Away from everything but only a five-minute drive to charming McKellar, another 20 minutes to Parry Sound. 8 km to Inn at Manitou for spa treatments, tennis lessons, gourmet dining. 4 bedrooms. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, ideal for 2 families or children's suite with nanny. The upper level has two decks facing lake . Lower has a lakeview walkout to a patio.Parry Sound Golf Club - 30 minutes away.

A lovely place for summer vacation or spring break; great for cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the lake or land.Very private & secluded. Outdoor campfires; Adjacent to 27 acres of land (open field and woods) that can be used for walking, hiking, outdoor sports.
