Enjoy great swimming, lake trout fishing, and miles of boating in summer. Enjoy Ontario's best golfing in Huntsville. In winter experience some of the best snowmobile trails in North America. The lower level has a walk out entrance that faces the lake and opens up to stone steps that go to the dock. It is a completely open plan concept, similar to a loft, with 2 closed in bedrooms with privacy doors. The third bedroom is adjoining the 2 private bedrooms and is open-concept to preserve the airy feeling and provide more light in the area - perfect for the kids! Heated floors for those sometimes-cool northern mornings. A natural stone deck for outdoor relaxation completes the package. Please note that owner will not be occupying upper level when lower level is rented, ensuring YOUR privacy!
