Sandy lakefront beach, safe for young children. Crisp, cool spring fed lake. Kiddies can walk out 30-40 feet before lake drops off. Well treed, SW exposure. Viceroy cottage built 1994, cathedral ceiling, open concept living/kitchen area, 1150 square feet. We are still working on the landscape, even ground to dock & beach. Spectacular view of 3 mile long lake. Ceramic tile in kitchen, linoleum in bath room, other floors are painted plywood.
