Sunny Shore Resort is a family and fishing resort located on the sunny side of crystal clear Carling bay in the heart of the Georgian Bay
fishing and resort area. Depending on the season, there is excellent fishing for lake and rainbow trout, muskie, splake, pike, bass and panfish.
Some of the best lake trout fishing in the area is right in front of our resort.
Our clean cottages are nestled among mature pines and each one offers privacy and a beautiful south-westerly views over Carling Bay!
All of our cottages are located close to the water (usually within 15-30 feet) and most have sandy swimming beaches in front of them.

Property description
Nature trails lead through our 75 acre property with its park-like setting. We are proud to offer a 2 km.
wilderness hiking trail that leads through a beautiful forest and around our 15 acre pond. The 2 islands in the pond are home
for our feathered friends and a windmill. The bridge and treehouse are great for birdwatching and viewing other wildlife that just
happens to pass by. Of course everyone is welcome to meet and feed our ducks and geese.

We would like to thank you for a wonderful and special holiday. Your passion for this magical place
clearly shows - it is more marvelous than ever. The duck pond is a wonderful addition. I ran by it
in the morning and walked around it in the midnight mist.
We were happy to share our holiday and your small kingdom with Dafney, Bronwyn and Roxanne - thus
continuing the tradition of bringing the Williams' new born to the shores of Georgian Bay.
The dogs had a superb time - Thank you for accommodating them.

Rates include free use of canoes and pedal boats.
We also supply linens, blankets and firewood free of charge.
Additional Person - $25 per Day, $125 per Week.
Visitor over two hours subject to additional person charge.
Includes children of all ages.
Weekend Reservations – Minimum of 2 Nights
Holiday Weekends – Minimum of 3 Nights
We require a 30% deposit on reservations.
BALANCE CASH ON ARRIVAL.
NO PERSONAL CHEQUES, PLEASE (EXCEPT FOR DEPOSIT).
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 90 Days prior to reservation date, with a $60.00 per week cancellation fee charged. We reserve the right to reassign accommodation without notice. Should we be forced to cancel for whatever reason, the full amount of deposit will be refunded. We will also make every effort to find that you are suitably placed. If a reservation is held over to the following year and then cancelled, the entire deposit is forfeit regardless of when the cancellation is received. No fee adjustments for guests arriving late or early. Please bring your own towels and garbage bags.

Cottage Description
Kitchen, living room, separate bedrooms, 3 pce. bath,
stove/oven, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster.
Most cottages also have open fireplaces and electric heat.
Included free of charge are linens, blankets, kindling and firewood and
use of canoe and pedal boat.
1 bedroom cottages sleeps 2, 2 bedroom cottages sleep 4
and the 3 bedroom cottages sleep 6.
Pay Phone available on site.
Activities
Boating and fishing in 14 foot aluminum boats with 9.9 Yamaha outboards,
canoeing, snorkeling, and swimming.
Playground
Volleyball, table tennis, horseshoe pits, badminton, and for the kids,
a playhouse with a waterslide, swing set, teeter-totter.
A swimming raft is also out in front of the sand beach.
Special Entertainment
Don’t miss our World Famous Wednesday night bonfire.
To top off the evening, the little kids are welcome to go for
a jungle ride, big kids (adults) are allowed too!

North on 400 past Nobel to exit 241 to highway 559 west
