Sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, headlands, and islands, but no
other house in sight in any direction. Over 200 meters of varied ocean
frontage, including coves, rocks, tidal pools and a pebble beach – with
a walking path connecting all.
Each of three bedrooms has a full ocean view. There are two full baths,
a kitchen, living, dining and laundry rooms. The entire house was
repainted and redecorated in 2003.

Five minutes from New River
Beach Provincial Park, restaurants and groceries. Half hour from
Saint John, St. Andrews, or the US border.
Local diversions include hiking, birding, kayaking, canoeing,
and whale watching.
