Travel insurance is offered as an option with your rental agreement at a cost of 7% of the rental fee, however, if selected, it must be taken out at time of booking.

• Any damage caused by pets
• Failure to leave a cottage in a clean and tidy condition as described in the cottage instructions.
• Misuse of hot tubs or damage to hot tub covers

So that we may ensure you are selecting a cottage that is well suited to you, please tell us what, if any, other vehicles you intend to bring, including boats, personal watercraft, ATV's, snowmobiles, trail bikes etc.

The exception to this is that we CANNOT hold a cottage for any period of time without payment if the date of occupancy is within the next 21 days. In this case, we require the booking fee to be paid in order to reserve the cottage for you for 24 hours. This booking fee, payable on all rentals, is not refundable in the event you decide not to proceed with your reservation. Of course, if you proceed, the booking fee is paid as part of the normal booking process and credited to your payments.
